Dr. JD Castle

Dr. JD Castle retired a successful businessman as Vice President for a Global Organization. He has over 35 years business experience. He has a very strong and deep perspective of Leadership and Communication developed by working with Fortune 500 companies, Venture Capital projects and starting companies of his own. JD’s wealth of business experiences is complimented with time spent as an Adjunct Professor and consulting at a local University in the development of online leadership programs.

JD holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics, equivalency in Physics, an MBA and a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration on Communication. He has taught/presented to thousands of professionals across the USA on Communication, Leadership and various organizational challenges. He also is a published author on Communication Channel Selection.

JD enjoys high performance automobiles, watches, clocks (a degreed Horologist) and tropical plants. His life is based on Christian values and enjoys engaging conversations that ‘change his perspective’. He has been married for 42 years with one daughter. JD was born in San Diego, raised in Virginia, and has lived in Texas for over 40 years.
