Training Format

Sitting in a class all day is challenging. Our universities typically only require 2-4 hours/day. Thus, to maximize the effectiveness of the program, all classes are half days. This also allow employees a window to ‘check in’ to the real world and take care of their customers.  

            Classes run from 8:00am – 9:30am   Break    10:00am – 11:30
